Leadership Team

Washington Census Alliance is a statewide coalition of 93 organizations led by and working in communities of color. We advocate for the unique needs of our communities.
FW Black Collective (FWBC) was formed in 2018 as a community resource by local community leaders. Our local Black community was looking for a voice and how to collectively strategize to create change within the Federal Way area.
People Empowerment & Renewal Services (PEARS) provides access to resources and programs for education, housing and employment through financial resources and partnerships with social service and community organizations to underserved communities.
The Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle is a nonprofit with 90 years of activism and community experience in the heart of Seattle’s most diverse neighborhood, the CentralDistrict. The Urban League empowers African Americans and underserved communities to thrive by securing educational and economic opportunities.
The Carl Maxey Center is a Washington State non-profit that was formed in 2017 and is based in Spokane. The Carl Maxey Center is committed to changing lives and improving the well-being of Spokane's African American community.
Equal RightsWashington (ERW) is a non-partisan, non-profit organization dedicated to ensuring and promoting the dignity, safety, and equality of all LGBTQ Washingtonians. ERW’s current work priorities are Trans Justice, LGBTQ Youth Empowerment, Racial Equity, and Gender Equity.
Political Destiny is a political action committee (PAC) formed in 2007 by four area pastors to respond to the unaddressed economic, social and political needs of marginalized individuals and groups within Pierce County. Marginalized individuals and groups include racial and ethnic groups, gender or gender identity groups, and age groups not typically given equal representation to their population numbers in the community.
Spokane Minister’s Fellowship is an interdenominational forum for pastors and ministers in Spokane and surrounding communities.
MAPS-AMEN is an outreach and advocacy organization that seeks to fulfill the justice mandate in Islam and empower and engage Muslims and other marginalized communities.  Created in December 2016, MAPS-AMEN builds bridges of understanding and unity to achieve justice together, envisioning a world free of hate and violence and pursuing our collective liberation.
Based in Vancouver WA, the Noble Foundation works to ensure all marginalized communities are able to gain the connections, knowledge, and empowerment to build a more just, equitable, and healthy society.
I Did the Time supports individuals and families who are working to overcome barriers associated with past offenses with political advocacy and organizing.
